We start with pork leg that’s humanely raised, fed an all-vegetarian diet, and never given antibiotics. Then it’s smoked over the finest hardwood in the famous German tradition, and seasoned with hints of natural maple and honey for a unique balance of sweetness and tart. Comes pre-sliced, and fully cooked.
