We all love s’mores. Roasting marshmallows is a great fireside activity together with family or friends! Roast some marshmallows and pile your graham crackers with delicious candied bacon! Bacon s’mores are the perfect outdoor snack in whatever season you’re in!

Bacon S'mores

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes
Servings 0

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Garrett Valley Farms Dry Rubbed Bacon
  • brown sugar
  • graham crackers
  • marshmallows
  • chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Line baking sheet with foil, and place a wire rack on top. Spread bacon strips over a foil lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar over bacon until covered with a thin layer.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until deep brown.
  • Roast marshmallows how you like them.
  • Layer chocolate, marshmallow, bacon, and graham crackers together to form a sandwich. Eat while melty!
